A sane people will never do such a thing, we will always be happy when someone else is, not happy when someone else is not, that is just ain't right.
Seriously, sometimes u blame the education system, the family. But even when many are brought up in the same situation, only one is like that, so I guess it's more of influences from elsewhere, your own personality, you can't really put the blame on one party, I think it's more to self-conscience.
I only wish, this world, will have less brain damaged people.
